Who is Stephanie Bosch?
Stephanie Bosch is a a London based, multi passionate Entrepreneur with a thing for the dark side. Stephanie has more than 10 years international, full-time work experience in Banking, Recruiting, Consulting and Luxury Retail - with a strong focus on Sales. She also holds a BA in Banking degree, as well as a MSc in Global Leadership from Goldsmiths, University of London. As a certified user of Hogan Assessments and a registered user of British Psychology Society for Level A + B testing (personality and ability) her focus is on personal development, personality and individuality on everything she does. Alongside Explore Your Dark Side, she is also the founder of the consultancy SalesTrainerIn Ltd that provides personality-based solutions for sales professionals in German and English.
Stephanie Bosch's Story
Stephanie Bosch always had a passion for understanding people, what makes them tick and the psychology behind it. In 2012 Stephanie got in touch with personality assessments and became fascinated by the possibilities of helping people to understand themselves better. Being obsessed with personal development, Stephanie quickly figured that the "normal" stuff wouldn't get her the results she wanted to achieve. Therefore, during her MSc in Global Leadership, she got in touch with dark side personalities and became a British Psychology Society registered Test User for Ability and Personality (Level A+B) as well as becoming certified for Hogan Assessments. Stephanie was hooked and decided to dive deep into the topic of dark side personality and the bright side within dark side personality.
She knows that the dark side does have cookies. She's been through this stuff herself and knows it's tough journey. It won't be easy - but so worth it! As so many of us Stephanie has always managed to sneak through and get her dark side under control. Until she became an entrepreneur. Suddenly all the strategies and coping mechanisms didn't work anymore. That's when she realised that "normal" coaching doesn't get her the results she wants to achieve. That's when she took actions to work very hard on herself - and failed quite a lot. All these failures allow Stephanie Bosch now to provide her clients with a smoother journey. She understand that the journey can't be the same for everyone and shouldn't be. Therefore she won't provide standard or multiple solutions for her clients but rather individualised, tailored approaches to get the most out of this journey for you.

Bright Side Personality
The Bright side personality focuses on your strengths and reputation regarding how other people perceive you in every day situations. The bright side behaviour is where we can act within our comfort zones and is the time when we can display our strengths and the best versions of ourselves.
The bright side of personality is the reason why employers hire us, work with us, like us etc. This is the side they see and who they perceive for us to be and who they think we are.
However, we tend to overuse our strengths from our bright side personalities when we are under pressure. Overusing these strengths under pressure can potentially turn into weaknesses which can lead to the occurance of your dark side personality. This suggests that there is a dark side to every bright side personality.
Dark Side Personality
Dark side behaviour arises when we are under pressure or stressed from overusing our strengths from our bright side personality. This can derail reputation, performance, and in the worst case scenario, careers.
